As the current events are disrupting our daily lives and businesses, we’ve been supporting our team and assisting all our clients with their internal and external communications. It would be strange to call it “business as usual”, but it is business at full speed, with all engines firing.
We are fully operational and our entire team are in full-on WFH mode. We have been all week, and are all available on email and phone as normal. Messaging, phone and video conferencing tools are in place and all meetings with clients and partners are taking place as planned, remotely. We have daily update meetings to ensure all staff are fully briefed and supported. We are keeping up-to-date with the daily UK government announcements and following best practice guidelines, to keep ourselves and everyone around us safe and well.
We’ve been advising clients on their internal and external messaging, keeping in close touch to get news out to our media contacts, planning alternatives to trade shows, recalibrating digital campaigns, feeding social media channels to keep our clients’ audiences informed, updated and reassured.
